Consent to Personal Data Processing
Consent covering voluntary requests through Type-A and Assist Group communication channels.
1. Controller

2. Giving consent
The user gives consent by voluntarily sending an email, Telegram, or GitHub request and expecting a reply. Using local application features does not by itself transfer audio or transcripts to the controller.
3. Data covered
- name or alias;
- email, Telegram username, or GitHub account;
- message content, diagnostic details, and voluntarily attached files.
4. Purposes
- responding to the request;
- technical support and issue investigation;
- discussing contributions, partnerships, or security;
- maintaining necessary business and legal correspondence.
5. Processing operations
The controller may collect, record, organize, store, correct, use, disclose to necessary contractors, restrict, and delete data using automated or non-automated means.
6. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purpose is achieved, mandatory retention expires, or consent is withdrawn by contacting dev@assistgroup.tech. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
7. External channels
Telegram, GitHub, and email providers apply their own terms and may involve cross-border data transfers.
